Please email photos to LorelleCarrfineart@gmail.com with “Project Photo"  in the subject line.  In the body add your name, the state your from name of bird, flower with what state they represent. You can be from another state and send a photo of a bird or flower from another state.  The mailbox I ask that the mailbox actually be from the state in which it was photographed.

The paintings I create are inspired from people, nature, animals, and my deep spirituality. I hope to make people smile, spark a happy memory or feeling. I work in many different mediums, acrylics, oil, and cold wax. I have allowed myself to be more playful in my work by using more layers of color and value for added depth in my paintings. The backgrounds of my paintings are depictions of this more bold, vibrant, and rich aesthetic. Often like life itself, the very process requires a give and take to abandon my control of the results without an attachment to the outcome. When the background is complete then the subject for the painting will appear. I love the process that my work takes me through.
